We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction with our mini-podcast services.

Professional Deep Dive will produce the finalized mini-podcast company review within 3-5 business days after receiving the requisite marketing materials needed to produce the Company Review. A representative from Professional Deep Dive will schedule a meeting with you to hear you produced Company Review, at which point you then have the opportunity to either accept the product or request a refund. If you are not satisfied with the mini-podcast review during this review period, a full refund will be issued.

Once the product has been accepted and the finalized electronic files are delivered, no further cancellations or refunds will be granted. The delivery of the electronic files constitutes the final acceptance of the product and the completion of the core service.

Please note that after the acceptance and delivery of your Company Review files, you are no longer eligible for a refund or cancellation even while waiting for the subsequent delivery of the social media snippets, which will be delivered 2-4 days after acceptance of the core Company Review mini-pod.
