The website (the 'Site') is comprised of various web pages operated by Professional Deep Dive ('PDD'). The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the 'Terms'). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy for your reference.

Professional Deep Dive offers content marketing services by creating mini-podcast segments designed to enhance a company’s messaging and branding efforts.

Electronic Communications

Visiting the Site or sending emails to Professional Deep Dive constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email, and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Children Under Thirteen

Professional Deep Dive does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with permission from a parent or guardian.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Professional Deep Dive ('PDD') is committed to ensuring client satisfaction with its mini-podcast services. Upon receipt of the client’s marketing materials, PDD will produce the mini-podcast company review ('Main Review') within 3-5 business days.

PDD will then schedule a meeting with the client to review the Main Review at which time the client may either accept the product or request a full refund.

Upon accepting the Main Review, the corresponding electronic files will be delivered to the client — at which time no further cancellations or refunds will be granted. The delivery of the electronic files constitutes the final acceptance of the product and the completion of the core service.

Following acceptance of the Main Review, PDD will subsequently deliver three shorter social media snippet files. As these snippets are derivative works of the accepted Main Review, no cancellations or refunds will be available after the client has accepted the Main Review, even if the social media snippets have not yet been delivered.

Use of the Site

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with these Terms. As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to Professional Deep Dive that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
